Susan Bigler, SHRM-CP: Speaker: Susan Bigler, Keynote Speaker, Emcee, Workshop FacilitatorSusan Bigler: dreams is to continue to go for it. Set some clear goals. What does being an Influential Woman mean to you?Susan Bigler: Being an influential woman to me is being authentic. It's being confident enough to set boundaries without being hurtful. It's about being a role model to those around us, whether they're older or younger than we are, or no matter the title that they have. Being an influential woman means changing the way that people think. Changing the perspectives so that we get out of our own box and learn that the world is a big world around us and that we can be a change agent within that world. What's one piece of advice you would give to younger women chasing their dreams?Susan Bigler: One piece of advice that I would give to younger women who are chasing their dreams is to continue to go for it. Set some clear goals. Make sure that you can understand and speak about what it is that you're searching for, that you want to do, that you want to be, because if you can't vocalize it, then you'll never be able to make it happen. So make sure that you understand what your dreams are. Put a plan into place to chase them and find them and make them happen. Preparation is key. Learning is essential. Having a mentor or a community that you can grow through and with is also essential, but I think the most important thing is just not giving up. Miracles happen, so don't ever give up before they do.

Her Story

About Susan

From a young age, I discovered my true purpose: to inspire and empower others through speaking and writing. With a passion for motivating audiences to embrace meaningful change, I guide individuals and leaders to live authentically and align their lives with their deepest purpose.

My journey includes diverse corporate roles that sharpened my professional skills yet left me yearning for more fulfillment. Despite entrepreneurial success owning two franchises, I recognized that true impact comes from connecting with one’s “why” and cultivating essential soft skills and effective time management.

As an empty-nester, I bring heartfelt insights on navigating life transitions, including redefining identity and maintaining resilience through challenges like raising a prodigal son. With over 30 years of marriage, I share lessons on building authentic, lasting relationships grounded in faithfulness and perseverance.

My personal story includes overcoming addiction, homelessness, and the trials of single motherhood—experiences that have shaped my understanding of mindset, emotional strength, and trust. These life lessons fuel my commitment to helping others break free from limitations and step into their fullest potential.

If you’re seeking clarity on your purpose, fulfillment, or how to become a more effective leader, I offer proven strategies for self-discovery and growth that inspire transformation and lasting success.
