Her Interview
Ten minutes with Aaliyah
01What do you attribute your success to?
My family, my children, my husband, everyone that has been with me and in my corner the entirety of the time that I've been on this journey.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Train someone to take your place. I think that has always stuck with me, because I think that's true. As someone who's in a CEO position or a management position, you'll always want to train someone to take your place. So, I think that was maybe the greatest advice I've ever taken. And to this day, I still use that advice.
