Her Story

About Aarona

Aarona Tesch has built a career spanning about 20 years in sales and marketing, beginning in the print industry where she was the sole woman in her sales organization and achieved top performance. After progressing through leadership roles and transitioning into marketing following the birth of her children, she experienced a corporate restructure in February that shifted her perspective. She continues to operate her longstanding side business, Arona Therapy, producing hand-crafted soaps, candles, and related items at aronatherapy.com, which she maintains as a hobby rather than a primary job. In addition, Tesch volunteers her marketing skills to support Tiny R Productions in developing materials for their postage stamp documentary and assists the ARC Jewish social services agency with go-to-market strategies. She has also started a blog to explore themes of identity and reinvention for women in their 60s after career transitions. Tesch values integrity above all, viewing it as non-negotiable, and draws from her experiences to advise others on being confident builders who remain true to themselves without compromise.
