Her Interview
Ten minutes with Aarthi
01What do you attribute your success to?
I am okay with change and adapt to it. When changes like big data or AI come up, I am not intimidated but curious and want to learn more and update myself. I see challenges as opportunities to move forward rather than problems.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Keep learning. Be curious. It stayed with me always. Even with new technologies and changes, when you keep updating and upgrading yourself, you don't have to be afraid or feel left out.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be intimidated. Take it slow. You won't be able to get everything at the same time, but when you start learning and taking the steps towards learning, it's a curve. Give it time, you will get there.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Understanding the market and what is needed. We have so many tools with pros and cons. Trying to understand the market, updating ourselves, and understanding what actually helps the customers and clients. Finding that gap and demand to work on.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
A sense of getting things done and feeling happy within yourself. Accomplishment doesn't have to be an award but knowing you've given your best. Doing something you like that aligns with your passion drives me forward.
