She is a distinguished quality assurance and engineering leader with over a decade of experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as Associate Director of Quality Assurance at B. Braun Medical Inc. (US), where she leads quality strategy and operations. She has held progressively senior roles at B. Braun since 2015, including Quality Operations Manager, Quality Control Manager, Sr. Design Assurance Engineer, Sr. Quality Engineer, Quality Engineer, and Supplier Quality Engineer, developing deep expertise in CAPA, root cause analysis, change control, UDI compliance, and FDA and ISO regulatory standards. She led change control projects for purchased finished good medical devices and drugs, led UDI compliance initiatives, and supported external and internal audits. She holds a Master of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
