Aastha Sahni

Aastha Sahni is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with over nine years of experience, specializing in Identity & Access Management, Application Security, SIEM, Threat Hunting, Azure Cloud, and Vulnerability Management. She currently serves as a Security Analyst II at Microsoft, focusing on Azure Security.

Beyond her technical expertise, Aastha is a passionate advocate for Diversity & Inclusion and a champion for women in cybersecurity. She is the founder of the BBWIC Foundation, an initiative dedicated to elevating and empowering women across the cybersecurity landscape. She further amplifies her impact through mentorship roles at WiCyS, TopMate, and WomenTech Network.

Aastha also serves as a Snyk Ambassador, actively contributing to secure‑coding awareness and community growth. Previously, she served on The Diana Initiative Board, providing mission‑driven leadership to support and amplify underrepresented voices in cybersecurity.
