She is a strategic marketing and program management professional with a strong background in campaign management, brand strategy, and cross-functional leadership, currently serving as REHS Culture and Strategy Program Manager at Michigan State University, where she leads program strategy and culture initiatives. She also served as a Graduate Assistant in Training and Development at MSU. Prior to her current academic role, she spent over two years at Daraz in Nepal as Mega Campaign Manager and Daraz Mall Associate, where she led end-to-end planning and execution of major campaigns, drove record-breaking business growth, and received the DarazMall Employee of the Quarter Award. She also served as Operations and Communications Executive at Feat International, successfully pitching to multinational clients and achieving a 105% increase in mobile banking users. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Marketing and Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business.
