I attribute my success to hard work, persistence, and the strong values instilled in me by my grandparents. Their guidance taught me integrity, dedication, and the importance of building meaningful relationships. I have also been fortunate to surround myself with incredible mentors, including Michael Metcalf and Peter Mann, who believed in my potential and gave me the opportunity to join a Fortune 500 company. Today, I am proud to have built an 11-year career at Nestlé, fueled by their support and my continued commitment to growth and excellence.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always aim higher. At Nestlé, our motto “Aim Higher to Retire” has been a powerful guiding principle for me. It reminds me to set ambitious goals, continually challenge myself, and strive for excellence in everything I do. This mindset has inspired my growth, fueled my achievements, and keeps me pushing toward new levels of success.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to believe in themselves and never underestimate what they can achieve. You can accomplish anything you work hard for if you remain dedicated, persistent, and open to learning. The path may not always be easy, but challenges are opportunities to grow. Surround yourself with mentors who inspire you, seek knowledge at every stage of your career, and approach each opportunity with confidence and passion. Your determination and resilience will be the keys to your success.

One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is staying ahead of change. The industry is constantly evolving, and success depends on anticipating trends, adapting quickly, and remaining focused on what’s next. Embracing change as an opportunity for growth allows me to stay innovative, deliver results, and continue building strong relationships with clients and partners.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are balance, dedication, and connection. I have worked hard to build my career and value the ability to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Having grown with the company and embraced opportunities to grow professionally, I am grateful to now be back in my hometown, surrounded by my family as one of eight siblings. This balance allows me to bring my best self to my work while cherishing the relationships that matter most.
