Abigail Wenner

Abigail Wenner is a neuroscience-based executive coach and founder of her own consulting firm. A former investment banker who specialized in international capital markets, she transitioned to coaching after recognizing the critical role of soft skills such as conflict resolution, communication, and mediation in business success. She holds three advanced degrees from Hopkins, Harvard, and MIT, including a degree in neuroscience, as well as a master's-level executive coaching certificate, financial certificates, and a neuroscience certificate. Her practice focuses on helping senior executives, including clients from the U.S. Army, improve decision-making, confidence, emotional regulation, empathy, and transparency by integrating business acumen, leadership development, and neuroscience insights. Wenner also mentors inner-city youth through the Boys and Girls Club and provides pro bono support to PTSD veterans with her dog. She has been interviewed for a radio show and nominated for a Chamber of Commerce award.
