Ada Cortes

Ada Cortes has spent 17 years building expertise in marketing, beginning her career in email marketing for continuing education programs aimed at teachers and IT professionals. In that role, she created course curricula, collaborated with instructors, and managed large-scale email campaigns compliant with CAN-SPAM regulations, fostering her interest in analytics, digital marketing funnels, brand recognition, and the power of written content. Since founding her independent consulting practice in June 2022, Ada has served as a marketing consultant, fractional CMO, and senior marketing manager to five clients spanning industries such as prop tech for home technology and coaching for post-menopausal women. Her daily work involves setting email marketing strategies, identifying operational gaps, connecting marketing efforts to sales and administration, and guiding business owners through practical idea implementation, including discerning viable AI applications from ineffective buzzwords. She holds some college education from Northeastern University without completing a degree and graduated high school in 2003. Looking ahead, Ada aims to expand into business auditing and growth plan development, with a focus on supporting small business owners and women of color through collaborative networks.
