Addie Traywick

Addie Traywick serves as a founding member and recruiting/marketing supervisor at Evergreen Therapeutics, an ABA therapy provider based in Charlotte, North Carolina. She entered the field in June 2019 as a registered behavioral technician providing one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism. Over nearly six years at her previous company, Traywick progressed from therapist to center supervisor, recruiting and marketing supervisor, and ultimately recruiting manager, developing a passion for connecting families with care and professionals with meaningful careers. When that company closed amid industry challenges, she joined four colleagues to establish Evergreen Therapeutics in 2019, where she now oversees recruiting procedures, marketing, outreach, website development, SEO strategy, and brand presence while building standard operating procedures and interview processes. Traywick earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and holds a T certification. She remains active in community volunteering, including events with the Autism Strong Foundation such as 5K runs and the Make Em Smile initiative, and she values person-centered, age-appropriate support that extends through all phases of clients' lives.
