01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

One of the best advice one of my mentors gave me was, don't wait until you feel completely ready. Take the opportunity to start and let experience build your confidence.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Believe in yourself, stay open to learning, and don't be afraid to take opportunities. Growth happens when you step outside of your comfort zone.
