As a pharmacist and Cosmetic Regulatory Consultant, I combine my scientific background with a practical, consumer-focused approach to help skincare brands create products that are both compliant and trustworthy.
I believe regulatory compliance should be more than a checklist; it should be a tool that helps companies build credibility, protect consumers, and grow with confidence. My clients often appreciate my ability to translate complex regulations into clear, actionable guidance that is easy to understand and implement.
I am naturally detail-oriented and enjoy diving deep into formulations, ingredient profiles, marketing claims, and labeling requirements. At the same time, I value collaboration and education.
Beyond my professional work, I am a wife, mother, fitness enthusiast, and advocate for women's health. I understand the balancing act of building a career, raising a family, and pursuing personal goals. That perspective has taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of continuing to learn and grow.
I believe that success is not about having a perfect path, it is about having the courage to keep moving forward. My journey has shown me that with dedication, curiosity, and perseverance, it is possible to create opportunities, overcome challenges, and build a career that makes a meaningful impact.
I built my career one step at a time, through education, hard work, setbacks, relocation to a new country, raising a family, and learning entirely new skills along the way. None of it happened overnight. What mattered was continuing to move forward, even when the next step felt small.
Never underestimate what consistency can accomplish. The woman you hope to become is built through the choices you make every day, the courage to start, the resilience to keep going, and the faith to believe that your efforts will eventually bear fruit.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes from refusing to let obstacles define me. Every challenge I've faced has become an opportunity to learn, grow, and move forward. I believe that determination, faith, and a strong work ethic can take you much further than talent alone. When I commit to something, I give it my full effort and trust the process.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've ever received is never to stop learning. The world is constantly changing, and the people who continue to grow, adapt, and stay curious are the ones who create new opportunities for themselves. That advice has guided me throughout my career, from pharmacy to regulatory consulting, and has given me the confidence to step outside my comfort zone and pursue new challenges. Therefore, be willing to start before you feel ready. Many opportunities in my life came when I stepped forward despite uncertainty. I've learned that growth happens when you're willing to trust yourself, take action, and learn along the way.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid to take up space and trust your abilities. You don't need to know everything on day one. Focus on building a strong foundation, stay curious, and never stop learning. Ask questions, seek out mentors, and be willing to step outside your comfort zone. Some of the greatest opportunities in my career came from taking chances before I felt completely ready.
Most importantly, don't compare your journey to anyone else's. Success looks different for everyone. Stay focused on your own growth, work hard, and be patient with yourself. Consistency, resilience, and a willingness to learn will take you further than you can imagine.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is navigating the rapidly changing regulatory environment while keeping up with consumer expectations. The biggest opportunity is helping brands build trust through transparency, safety, and compliance. As regulations evolve, companies that embrace them as part of their business strategy, not just a requirement, will have a significant competitive advantage.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Throughout my life, I've learned that success is not just about personal achievement but about how you impact the people around you. I believe in working hard, staying humble, and using my knowledge and experience to help others make informed decisions and reach their goals.
