About Adine

I am an HR, operations, and finance leader with over two decades of experience spanning the legal, energy, and professional services sectors. I currently serve as HR & Operations Manager at Crim & Villalpando, a fast-paced personal injury law firm in Greater Houston, where I manage multiple operational functions including human resources, payroll, recruiting, accounting, office management, marketing, and client communications. I oversee HR and payroll operations, lead recruiting and onboarding efforts, produce and review financial reports including monthly P&L statements, manage client and internal communications projects, streamline office operations and vendor management, and support employee relations and policy compliance across departments.

Before joining Crim & Villalpando, I served as Human Resources Manager at Pusch & Nguyen Law Firm PLLC for over a year and a half, where I further developed my expertise in HR analytics, record keeping, and employee relations.

Earlier in my career, I spent over twelve years at BP in progressively responsible financial and performance analysis roles. I began as an Assistant Manager on Strategy Transformations Teams, then moved into Performance Analyst roles across Global Operations, Service Line Performance, and Planning, Communication & Monitoring, before becoming a Financial Analyst and ultimately Senior Analyst in Exploration & Production. At BP, I managed budgets ranging from $182 million to $500 million, drove process improvements that saved over $500,000 in just two months, eliminated redundant reporting efforts, and improved financial processes across global projects. I also mentored and trained new team members and championed continuous improvement initiatives.

Between my time at BP and my current role, I served as Director of Finance and Operations at Rex Plumbing for nearly five years, where I streamlined day-to-day operations, reduced payroll and benefits administration costs by twenty percent, and reorganized office expenses to save thirty percent of overhead costs. I also spent nearly three years as a Senior Financial Analyst at Waste Management, working in a hybrid capacity on data analysis and financial accounting.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and have built my career on the belief that strong operations, sound financial management, and a people-first approach are the foundations of any successful organization. Whether I am managing HR in a law firm, analyzing financial performance at a global energy company, or streamlining operations at a small business, I bring the same focus: identify problems, implement solutions, and drive results that make organizations stronger and more efficient.
