Aditi Aggarwal Gupta

Aditi Gupta is the Senior Program Manager for Immigration Legal Services at Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County in San Jose, California. She grew up in India where she pursued law before migrating to the United States in 2002. After earning her Master's in Public Administration from Baruch College in New York in 2006, she began her nonprofit career with United Way of the Bay Area, creating volunteer opportunities for corporate clients and the Oakland Raiders. Following a brief relocation to UAE Dubai with her family, she joined Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County. In her current role, Aditi leads efforts to assist immigrants, refugees, and survivors of violence by offering legal representations, know-your-rights presentations, screenings for relief options, and case filings with USCIS. She partners with organizations including the United Coalition, SD LISN, CRISP, PACT, the Diocese of San Jose, and Santa Clara County to expand access to services through parish engagements and community hubs. Her personal journey of building a new life in the US has deepened her empathy and commitment to helping others achieve security and stability.
