Aditi Khemka

Aditi Khemka is a strategic communications and marketing leader with over nine years of experience in marketing and public relations, helping brands craft compelling narratives and build meaningful connections with their audiences. With a career spanning healthcare and real estate, she has led initiatives that elevate brand visibility, strengthen stakeholder trust, and drive measurable growth.

Currently serving as the Senior Public Relations Specialist at Keller Williams Realty LLC, Aditi specializes in media relations, crisis management, thought leadership and reputation management. She is known for her ability to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful messaging and for leading cross-functional teams with clarity and purpose. Her work has contributed to 100-plus awards for the company. She is also a PRSA member and actively seeks to expand her skill set through webinars and training sessions. 

Aditi recently published her debut self-help book, adding "author" to a growing list of creative and professional accomplishments. ‘Habit by Habit’, a self-help book, focuses on celebrating small wins that lead to big results. Through her writing, she empowers readers to choose progress over perfection, drawing from her personal experiences and professional insights in building sustainable habits. The book reflects her belief in the power of honest, accessible storytelling to inspire personal growth. She has also contributed to beloved platforms including Austin Moms and Raising World Children, where her writing has reached and resonated with communities of parents, women, and changemakers.

Beyond her career, Aditi is deeply committed to community building and women’s leadership. She volunteers with the KW Women in Leadership as the Professional Development committee co-chair, and is passionate about supporting others in achieving both personal and professional fulfillment.

Aditi lives in Austin, Texas, with her family and finds joy in creative pursuits. She channels her creativity into a thriving craft account on Instagram, where she shares DIY projects and connects with a community of makers.
