Aditi Sharma

Aditi Sharma serves as a Technical Program Manager and work lead, where she leads and mentors other technical program managers. With over 19 years of experience in technology and more than 8 years specifically in security, her work centers on security programs, automation initiatives, and integrating AI to simplify processes while enhancing customer security. She values honesty, avoiding shortcuts, teamwork, and collaboration, drawing on perspectives from colleagues to drive multiple initiatives within security organizations. Aditi earned her Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from India in 2007 and completed an in-person 6-month Data Analytics and Visualization bootcamp at UT Austin in 2018. She is an active participant in professional organizations including SAFECode, OpenSSF, and OWASP Austin.
