Adria Rosales serves as a Senior Escalation Representative at Wells Fargo, acting as a single point of contact for high-risk escalated claims in banking. She joined the company in September 2015 after a recruiter contacted her via LinkedIn, starting as a home preservation specialist handling default mortgaging and bankruptcy cases. Over the next decade, Rosales advanced through positions in disaster-affected loans, all-investor governmental loans, estate care for trust and fiduciary clients, and sales practice research remediation, earning recognition as a Specialist II and exceeding performance metrics. She holds a general education degree and has completed over 400 professional development courses. Rosales belongs to the Hispanic Chamber and Pride organizations at Wells Fargo and supports breast cancer and St. Jude foundations through donations. Her experience as a cancer survivor has enhanced her empathy in client interactions.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I'd have to really encourage that career move, and let that individual know that it would probably be one of the best career moves that she would make for herself and her future. Especially if she has family. There's a lot of support in the corporate world, and because I've only worked with Wells Fargo so far, I would have to say the support the career development the skills that you obtain are extremely amazing, and would highly encourage someone to move in that field or company.
