What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute much of my success to the guidance and support of my godmother. She has been a tremendous mentor, consistently encouraging me, cheering me on, and inspiring me to reach my full potential.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to be prepared emotionally—this field can be challenging, but it is also incredibly rewarding. I encourage newcomers to be ready to learn, embrace the realities of heavy regulation, leverage transferable skills from any background, avoid taking difficult situations personally, and stay open to continual growth.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are giving back to my community and empowering others. I value the opportunity to help people improve their lives, support their journey toward self-sufficiency, and make a positive impact on a daily basis.
