03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Own your voice, trust your worth, and never wait for an invitation to the table You belong there. Build a strong network of women, constantly learn, and proactively take on challenges. My hope is that other women—especially those building their careers step by step—know that impact matters, and perseverance pays off.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in administration right now include managing high workloads and constant interruptions, adapting to rapid technological advancements (AI, cloud tools), and maintaining team engagement in hybrid environments. Opportunities for this field could be using AI to handle routine tasks that allow administrative professionals to focus on clients and strategic, higher-value work.
