01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It's not the same for women as for men when entering a demanding legal field. You have to manage balancing family and career, and there are biological realities with children that men cannot share. Get started early in your career. Look only 5 years ahead rather than trying to plan your whole life. Move forward one step at a time without stressing about perfect choices.
