The best career advice I’ve received is to stand tall, be proud, and confidently voice my opinion. I was reminded not to be intimidated—because I belong in every space I step into.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women to embrace new challenges and not fear failure. It’s completely okay to stumble—what matters most is getting back up, learning from the experience, and continuing to move forward with confidence and resilience.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities in my field is expanding my ability to reach more students so I can provide them with direct, meaningful support. Increasing access and connection remains a key focus for me as the demand for guidance and resources continues to grow.
