In addition to her extensive clinical background as a Physical Therapist Assistant, Adrienne serves as a Radio Host with WDRB Media, where she educates and empowers listeners through the Health and Wealth Unite radio show. What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a deeply personal commitment that was shaped by loss and purpose. After losing my sister to sickle cell , I founded an organization dedicated to supporting and advocating for individuals and families affected by the disease. That experience transformed my grief into action and gave me a clear sense of mission. I remain tireless in my pursuit of creating meaningful impact within the sickle cell community, driven by compassion, resilience, and an unwavering determination to improve awareness, access to care, and quality of life for those affected.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I received is continue to master your craft but do not get so focus that you loss sight on your vision is. God, Family and Love.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell a young women is keep going. Do stop. Find ways to fund your purpose and dreams. Have a valley around that is well rounded so you can go to them about things and ideas you what to achieve.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges in my field is that companies are buying out other companies contracts and once they get in the building that want the employee's like robots . They sometime forget that we are human and we are working with the human population. People don't heal as fast when they get older. The healthcare system is a challenge because with insurances is governing who, what when and how you get services.

The most important thing I value in my work life is respect. and in my personal life is peace and love.
