Adrienne Reed

Adrienne Reed is a seasoned executive with over three decades of leadership experience across financial services, technology, and entrepreneurship. She currently serves as the Director of Operations and Governance at EFX Financial Services, where she provides strategic oversight of product development, sales operations, customer support, and compliance with critical industry standards. In this role, she leverages her diverse expertise to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen governance, and drive sustainable growth in a highly competitive industry.

Prior to her work in financial services, Adrienne founded and successfully led a wellness enterprise for nearly two decades, where she built a nationally recognized brand through television programming, an organic fitness apparel line, and award-winning educational content. She also developed a widely adopted instructor certification program, setting training standards for the industry. Earlier in her career, Adrienne managed high-performance engineering teams in Silicon Valley with top technology firms, gaining deep expertise in operations, project management, and performance engineering.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University and extensive governance experience—including service as Vice Chair of the Board and Chair of the Governance Committee at Academy at the Lakes—Adrienne combines technical acumen, entrepreneurial innovation, and executive leadership.
