Ten minutes with Adrienne
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the role models I've had throughout my life. Whether they're family, friends, or colleagues, I've always believed there's something to learn from everyone's experiences, and I strive to apply those lessons in both my personal and professional life.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've ever received is that a closed door simply means another one will open. It reminds me to stay resilient, embrace new opportunities, and trust that setbacks often lead to something even better.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Keep learning from every opportunity—not just academically, but from a business perspective as well. Stay resilient, and don't be discouraged by setbacks. A "no" today can become a "yes" tomorrow.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge in any field is your own self. You might not have the degree or motivation, so make sure your skills and abilities excel at what you want to do.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Family is the foundation of everything I do. My two children are my greatest motivation, and they inspire me to work hard, lead with integrity, and keep my priorities focused on what matters most.
