About Agnieszka
Agnieszka Ulinski is a seasoned professional in the aerospace and defense industry with more than two decades of experience, having begun her career in 2005. Although she holds a master's degree in linguistics, her linguistic skills led her to sales in aerospace, where she found her passion and built a career focused on dynamic operations, tight timelines, and customer commitments. At PCC Structurals, she leads and mentors teams, with a particular emphasis on developing female leaders, drawing on her certificate in women in leadership from Cornell University. Her professional journey has been shaped by exceptional teams and mentors, fostering values of grit, hard work, and collaborative success. Beyond her role, she maintains certifications in CPR and AED, previously volunteered as an EMT for five years serving 500 patients over 1,600 hours, and is a member of the American Translators Association, where she applies her linguistic expertise.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be resilient and never give up. Women and men are all people with weaknesses, but if we persevere we will achieve what we are looking for as long as we motivate ourselves to go forward every day.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Grit is the most important thing for me, along with hard work. No achievement is accomplished alone; I have been fortunate to work alongside exceptional teams whose dedication contributed to every success.
