About Aidana
I currently serve as a Digital Project Manager at RIA money transfer, a fintech company where I have been working for 2 years. I have been in the analytics industry since 2021, building my career through diverse roles in e-commerce and consulting. Previously, I worked as a data analyst and consultant, as well as a program manager for e-commerce. My expertise spans data intelligence and data analytics, technical program management, and financial system architecture. In 2025, I achieved what I consider my most notable professional accomplishment: successfully leading high-impact digital platform and infrastructure initiatives in the fintech sector that improved customer acquisition, platform performance, and revenue growth. I earned my Master's degree in Business Analytics from the University of California, Irvine in 2022, and I am also a Certified Scrum Master. Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis and baking, with a special focus on making macarons. I also volunteer at my local church.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to persistence, continuous learning, and always being outside of my comfort zone. These three elements have been fundamental in driving my professional growth and achievements throughout my career.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would give them one simple advice: do not wait until you feel fully ready. Because growth happens by stepping into challenges before you feel comfortable. This has been a guiding principle in my own career, and I believe it's essential for anyone looking to make an impact in this field.
