Ailsa McAfee is a seasoned sales operations professional with more than a decade of experience supporting sales teams across the life sciences and technology sectors. She currently serves as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst at Azenta Life Sciences in Burlington, Massachusetts. Previously, she held senior sales operations roles at Imprivata and spent several years at Mendix, Metalogix Software, and Axceler, building extensive expertise in sales operations and business support.
Ailsa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Carolina, where she graduated magna cum laude with a major in psychology and a minor in counseling. Her academic background has complemented her professional work by strengthening her ability to understand diverse perspectives and collaborate effectively across sales, operations, marketing, and IT functions. She also holds a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator credential, reflecting her proficiency in supporting CRM systems and sales processes.
