Aimee E. Osborne is a dedicated Certified Home Health Aide whose career is defined by compassion, resilience, and a commitment to service. With over six years of experience in home health care, she has supported clients with a variety of needs, including memory care, personal assistance, medication management, and creating safe, comfortable home environments. Beyond her technical skills, Aimee provides emotional support and consistency, ensuring her clients and their families feel valued and cared for during some of life’s most vulnerable moments.
In addition to her healthcare expertise, Aimee brings leadership and customer service experience from her role as Head Cashier at Home Depot. Managing cashiers and daily operations, she has developed strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills that enhance her ability to connect with people in both professional and caregiving settings. Her educational background in business administration, with a minor in travel and tourism from Berkeley College, has further strengthened her abilities to manage tasks efficiently while maintaining a client-focused approach.

Customer Service is about Loving people, washing their feet kind of love.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be prepared to love and to lose, sometimes very quickly.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Challenges: slow deaths. You get to see people change in health and emotion; and in memory care, cognitively. It breaks you. You need 1 full time client to receive health benefits.
Opportunities: Jobs are available EVERYWHERE. When you get your license from the nursing board, you should sign on with a company. There is also private care. You get advice through the clients’ personal stories about their lives. You get to wash their feet.
