Q

What do you attribute your success to?

My success is rooted in tenacity and resilience—the willingness to keep moving forward regardless of obstacles or setbacks. I believe challenges are opportunities to grow, and I have consistently approached them with determination, adaptability, and a commitment to improvement.

Equally important is the example I strive to set for my sons. They are a constant source of motivation for me to work hard, remain accountable, and persevere even when things are difficult. I want them to see that success is not defined by avoiding hardship, but by facing it with strength, integrity, and persistence.

Through dedication, resilience, and the responsibility of being a role model, I have built a mindset that pushes me to achieve my goals while demonstrating the values I hope to pass on to the next generation.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have ever received is simple: never give up and never stop learning. Success rarely happens overnight, and there will always be challenges, setbacks, and moments that test your determination. The key is to keep moving forward, stay committed to your goals, and refuse to let obstacles define your path.

Equally important is the willingness to learn everything you can along the way. Every experience—both successes and failures—offers an opportunity to gain knowledge and grow. Continuous learning keeps you adaptable, relevant, and prepared for new opportunities in an ever-changing world.

By maintaining perseverance and a mindset of lifelong learning, you build the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to advance in your career and achieve lasting success.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Young women: your career is not something that happens to you—it’s something you build. Be bold enough to pursue what excites you, even when others doubt you. The path won’t always be easy, but don’t let setbacks convince you to quit. Every challenge is a lesson, and every lesson makes you stronger.

Learn everything you can. Ask questions. Take opportunities that scare you a little. Skills, knowledge, and curiosity are your greatest tools—no one can take them away from you. The more you learn, the more doors you create for yourself.

Don’t shrink to fit someone else’s expectations. Speak up in rooms where your voice hasn’t always been heard. Support other women along the way, and remember that success is not a limited resource—there is space for all of you.

Stay determined. Stay curious. Stay brave. The world needs your ideas, your leadership, and your courage. Keep going. 🚀✨💪

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges today is the rapid pace of change in technology, especially in IT. Innovation moves faster than many organizations can adapt, and keeping systems, skills, and strategies up to date requires constant learning and flexibility. At the same time, finding and developing strong talent remains a major hurdle. The demand for skilled, curious, and adaptable people often exceeds the supply.

Another challenge is the persistence of old mindsets—approaches that resist change, discourage innovation, or rely too heavily on “the way things have always been done.” In fast-moving industries, that kind of thinking can slow progress and limit opportunities.

Overcoming these challenges requires organizations to embrace continuous learning, invest in people, and encourage fresh perspectives. The future belongs to teams that are open to change, willing to challenge outdated ideas, and committed to building diverse, forward-thinking talent. 🚀

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Strong values guide both our professional and personal lives. Honesty and integrity are the foundation of trust—when people know they can rely on your word and your actions, meaningful relationships and strong teams can grow. Respect ensures that every voice is heard and every person is valued, regardless of their role or background.

Equally important is kindness. In both work and life, how we treat others matters just as much as what we achieve. Kindness builds collaboration, strengthens communities, and reminds us that success is not only measured by results, but also by the way we support and uplift those around us.

Living by honesty, integrity, respect, and kindness creates a culture where people feel trusted, valued, and inspired to do their best—both professionally and personally. 🌱🤝✨
