Aishe Brawley

Aishe Brawley is a freelance floral designer based in Dallas, Texas. She entered the floral industry in 2021 after taking a few floral design classes and deciding to start her own business following a period of personal loss and career transition from property management and marketing roles she had held since 2015. Brawley developed her business by creating a game plan, branding, and launching on a set date while participating in entrepreneurial programs including the TWU business program for women where she received mentoring, the Goldman Sachs 1 Million Black Women Black in Business program from which she graduated, and classes at the Dallas Entrepreneur Center. She has built her practice through networking and pitching ideas, and she takes pride in curating art gallery events that bring together Dallas creatives, artists, and florists, with attendance growing from 18 participants in the first event to over 40 artists and florists plus 600 attendees in the second.
