Her career reflects a multidisciplinary foundation spanning engineering, human-computer interaction, user experience, analytics, and product strategy. She earned a master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University after completing a bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering at RV College of Engineering, and she holds a Professional Scrum Master I certification.
Beyond her product leadership responsibilities, Aishwarya is passionate about developing people and improving how product teams make decisions. Through her coaching and mentoring work, she helps aspiring and experienced product managers navigate career transitions, startup challenges, strategic thinking, and leadership development. She is also a thought leader who writes about product strategy, service design, prioritization, AI, and systems thinking, advocating for products that consider the entire user journey rather than isolated features. Her leadership philosophy centers on empowering teams to make independent decisions, taking ownership of challenges before feeling fully ready, and optimizing for scope and impact rather than titles.
