About Aishwarya
I have been in information technology for about 11 to 12 years now. My interest started as a child when my mom introduced me to computers. I pursued a master's in software engineering in my home country. I came to America in 2012 and started working, first with ADP on the East Coast for nearly 8 years, then moved to Capgemini on the West Coast. Currently, I work as a vendor for Microsoft building AI agents with Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My interest and work ethic. I dive into problems and solve them without stopping until achieved, which leads to recognition.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Stop studying and get into the field and start working, as you learn much more than a degree can give.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Do not enter the industry if you're just here for the money. Only enter if you are really into computers, then interest and everything will automatically follow.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Companies are on hiring freeze making jobs hard to find, but if you show you are a good fit through hard work, it's not tough to get a job.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Hard work always yields results. I dedicate time daily to upskilling and solving challenging problems even outside of work.
