The best career advice I’ve ever received is that change is always constant. Embracing it allows me to stay adaptable, grow continuously, and seize new opportunities as they arise.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering my industry to trust themselves and cultivate a genuine love for the field. Believing in your abilities and being passionate about your work are key drivers of long-term success and fulfillment.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is demonstrating the growth potential of the company, especially since it’s a startup. At the same time, this presents an exciting opportunity to shape the company’s trajectory, innovate, and make a meaningful impact from the ground up.

The most important values to me in my work and personal life are honesty, clear communication, and confidence. Being truthful and transparent in my work, keeping others informed of my contributions, and approaching challenges with self-assurance guide both my professional and personal decisions.
