Aja Noble

Aja Noble serves as a Team Leader in the MRI/Imaging Department, bringing more than 15 years of expertise in healthcare imaging. Her career began when she returned to school at Cypress College after working multiple jobs, earning an Associate of Science and an Associate of Arts. She started in x-ray, cross-trained into CT, and became licensed in MRI in 2015. Noble has held her team leader position for nearly a year, where she manages daily operations such as staffing, equipment readiness, patient implant screening for safety, scheduling, and administrative tasks. She recently completed a certificate program in AI in healthcare systems at Cedars and created an AI tool as her capstone project to improve departmental workflow for patient screening. This innovation has gained interest from her department and the technology ventures team for potential implementation. Noble is also the only female among lead MRI technologists in her organization and continues to pursue further education toward a bachelor's degree while embracing leadership growth.
