I am a behavioral researcher and product strategist who has spent 23 years leading large organizations like Visa, DocuSign, and Meta. Currently, I am the founder and CEO of Mello (M-E-L-O), an EQ-driven AI chief of staff for moms. I founded Mello because women carry a ton of mental load - they alone know what work needs to be done at home, where everything is, which child goes to ballet at what time, which kid has a friend's birthday party at what time, which family members need a gift. This mental load is so crushing that women are leaving the workforce at four times the rate of men, and we can't have that as a society. It is impacting 50% of GDP contribution from the population. Mello addresses women's mental load by enabling them to share the load with their village - their partners, parents, nannies, older kids who can take their own responsibilities - but without these women having to project manage that village. Mello does all of that for them. Because Mello is such a mission-driven app, we are offering it for women to try it out for free, at least till the middle of this year, before we go fully to market.
