What do you attribute your success to?
I really attribute a lot of my success to working past those doubts, those little bugs of doubt that we all have. We always wonder, like, will this happen, or will it work, or is it gonna happen? And these doubts can add up. So I constantly push through that and rewire my brain to focus on the things that are happening rather than the things that are not. It's neuroplasticity-wise, always refocusing my attention. It's a work in progress for me, but I think if I were to give it a word, it would be persistence. I also think having multiple hats on helps, because there are so many different avenues I could go, and one setback isn't gonna get me down because I know I've done it before and I can apply that thought process to fixing another challenge.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in my field are managing the niche but high stakes demand of healthcare staffing and balancing multiple ventures simultaneously. Opportunities lie in scaling AI-driven automation for compliance and credentialing, which can streamline operations and directly improve patient care.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me in both my work and personal life are persistence, being solution-oriented, serving my community, and staying adaptable in the face of challenges.
