She is an accomplished entrepreneur, creative executive, and innovation leader with nearly a decade of experience as the Chief Executive Officer of BOSS [MOVEMENT], an umbrella company she founded in Austin, Texas, encompassing three distinct entities: BOSS [MODELS], BOSS [MEDIA], and BOSS [STUDIO], each specializing in modeling, fashion technology, and artistic production. She also serves as Director of Innovative Systems Limited in Trinidad and Tobago, where she leads training and administrative coordination for Community Innovation Centers, planning and scheduling training sessions, supporting instructors, managing registrations and records, and facilitating logistics, and spearheaded the development of quality training programs for learners in 2022. In addition, she is Director of Strategic Partnerships and Development at M.A.K.E TT, where she secures funding and builds partnerships to support the outfitting of INNOSPACE Innovation Centers across Trinidad and Tobago, identifies and engages investors, writes grant proposals, forms strategic alliances with corporations, NGOs, and government bodies, and oversees the planning, budgeting, and procurement of equipment including 3D printers and robotics kits.
