01What do you attribute your success to?
My parents pushed me to always push boundaries and believed I can do more. My husband has been a support in managing everything while I am logged in to my work.

Listen and learn before you reply.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Do not shy away from things that people tell you that you cannot do. You can definitely do it. Have faith in yourself. And do not think the external factors would impact what you can achieve. Once you've set your goal, you know in you, you can definitely achieve it.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Opportunities include media mix modeling to understand how marketing channels work together. Challenges include changes in policies where customer data access is limited due to privacy, and how to use signals to target the correct audience.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty is the best policy. Being an honest and accountable person makes you more credible and proves trustworthiness.
