Alana Antoine

Alana Antoine has spent more than two decades in the telecom industry, currently serving in T-Mobile's business sales department in New Orleans, Louisiana. In her remote role, she works exclusively with businesses to provide cell phones, tablets, trackers, cameras, Microsoft products, apps for paperless management, and IoT solutions, often collaborating with partners to secure special pricing. She previously worked as a territory manager responsible for three locations and their employees, and she holds a degree in marketing from the University of New Orleans. Alana has earned Top Voice Awards for her performance and draws on a team of experts for implementation and customer support on larger accounts. She also engages in community sponsorships, such as events for the Southwest Louisiana Health and Education Center and local business expos.
