Q

What do you attribute your success to?

My success comes down to a few things I've carried with me my entire career — genuine curiosity about what's coming next, the courage to be honest even when it's hard, and the discipline to follow through on what I commit to.

I grew up watching my parents build businesses from the ground up, and learned early that calculated risks and resilience aren't optional — they're the foundation of anything worth building. Those same lessons were reinforced through years of classical music performance and competitive figure skating, experiences that taught me what it means to prepare deeply, show up fully, and keep going when things get hard.

That's the standard I hold myself to — in client relationships, in my community, and at home. I listen carefully, I tell the truth with care, and I don't settle for less than what's possible.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice I ever received is that integrity isn't situational — it shows up in how you treat people, whether you follow through on commitments, and whether your honesty comes wrapped in genuine care rather than ego.

That consistency is what builds lasting trust. When people know exactly what to expect from you — in the difficult conversations and in the moments that really matter — they become your greatest advocates. For me, that's always been the goal: not just to deliver results, but to be someone people can count on completely.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Invest in understanding the technology deeply — not just the talking points. Clients and colleagues will trust you when you can cut through complexity and help solve real problems. That depth is what sets you apart.

Don't be afraid of calculated risk. Emerging technology, unproven markets, and early stage companies are where you'll learn the most and build the kind of experience that defines a career.

And above all — show up with integrity. Your reputation is your greatest asset, and it's built one interaction at a time. Work relentlessly, stay curious, and never let anyone convince you to settle for less than what you're truly capable of.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest opportunity right now is AI — it's fundamentally reshaping how businesses operate and think about technology strategy. Clients need trusted advisors who can cut through the hype and help them identify real, practical applications that move their business forward.

The challenge is the pace of change. Threats evolve constantly, and organizations are making significant investments in transformation without always having a clear picture of what success looks like. My role is to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and provide honest guidance on what will actually make a difference versus what is simply noise.

There is also the challenge of building genuine relationships in an increasingly virtual world. I prioritize in-person engagement whenever possible because decisions of this magnitude aren't made on features alone — they're made on trust, and trust is built through real human connection.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, honesty, and follow-through are non-negotiable for me. I operate with complete transparency even when it's uncomfortable, because the people I work with and care for deserve nothing less.

At the core of everything is a genuine desire to help people win. Whether I'm working through a complex business challenge, mentoring someone early in their career, or showing up for family, the motivation is the same — I want the people in my life to succeed and I'll do whatever it takes to support that.

Resilience and a willingness to take calculated risks matter deeply to me as well. The most meaningful growth — professionally and personally — has always come from being willing to step into uncertainty with conviction and see it through.

If there is one symbol that mirrors the way I move through the world, it is the dragonfly. One of the oldest surviving species on earth, dragonflies have endured for over 300 million years — not by standing still, but by mastering agility and adaptation. They can fly in any direction with extraordinary precision, and when life gets hard, they find a way to keep going. Across cultures, the dragonfly has long represented transformation, bravery, and strength — a symbol of beauty and resilience that thrives in the space between what was and what is possible. I've always seen a little of myself in that.
