Her Interview

Ten minutes with Alana

01What do you attribute your success to?

Believing that there's a divine purpose for my life, hard work and tenacity.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Keep going until your life is what you want- or bigger.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

We have dreams for them to come true.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I am who I am because I've had great men in my life- men are not the enemy... predators and bullies are the enemy.

I never-EVER want to take away from the courage of the women who stood up against predators and created the MUCH needed #Metoo and #Timesup movement- that is not ALL men, but ALL of them are predators!

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty and integrity. I have to be able to trust you- even if we don't agree.
