My success comes from a genuine commitment to lifelong learning, both formal and self directed. Before I ever took on a client, I immersed myself in coaching frameworks and psychology, and I completed rigorous ICF accredited training through the Advanced Coach Training Institute. But the learning didn't stop there. I'm constantly reading, always looking to deepen my understanding of how people think, what drives them, and what holds them back. I also credit my success to genuine curiosity about people. I love getting into conversations that go beneath the surface, asking people what they really want, what their goals and dreams are, and what's getting in the way. That combination of psychological insight and real human connection is what allows me to meet my clients where they are. Being part of the ICF community has also played a huge role. It's given me a network of like minded coaches to learn from, collaborate with, and grow alongside. Their insight and different approaches have shaped how I practice and continue to sharpen my own methods.

People love to say "follow your passion," but I don't know if that's the right way to frame it. My advice would be this: whatever you choose to do, and whatever you end up spending the majority of your daily life doing, make sure it holds meaning and purpose for you. That meaning doesn't have to come from some grand calling. You can find it in almost anything if you approach it with the right mindset.Think about it this way. For most of us, work takes up more of our waking hours than anything else, including sleep. So it matters deeply that we feel a sense of purpose and inner peace in what we do. I hope young women entering this field can learn to be present in the work itself, not just chase outcomes. Enjoy the journey. That shift in perspective changes everything.

Being inspired every day matters deeply to me, and just as much, being able to share what I've learned along the way so others can take those lessons and apply them to their own lives. Some of my personal experiences have been true golden nuggets, and I feel called to pass them on rather than keep them to myself.Presence and mindfulness are core to how I live and how I coach. I'm also a huge believer in human connectedness, especially now, in a world increasingly shaped by AI. I find that shift fascinating, but it makes me value real human connection even more. There's something irreplaceable about it that technology can't fully replicate.Family is essential to me too. Those bonds run deep and don't break, no matter what life throws at us. And above all, I have genuine compassion and empathy for people at every stage of life. I have a real passion for people, and that shows up in everything I do.
