Alaya Williams, She/Her, is a Product & Customer Experience Specialist | Relationship Builder & Logistics Strategist with a proven track record in managing complex programs, enhancing customer satisfaction, and building strong professional relationships. In her current role as a Product Program Specialist at Girl Scouts – Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas, she oversees the cookie and fall product programs, coordinating logistics, marketing, and operational strategy to ensure seamless execution. Alaya is passionate about work that aligns with her values, finding fulfillment in initiatives that empower young girls, foster leadership development, and create meaningful, lasting impact within the community.
Prior to joining Girl Scouts, Alaya honed her expertise in client engagement and business development as a Licensed Insurance Agent at Liberty National Life Insurance Company. Her professional journey reflects a deliberate transition from sales to non-profit work, driven by a desire to contribute to a mission with purpose and social impact. Homeschooled and guided by a mentor named Rose, Alaya developed independence, resilience, and adaptability early in her life, which continue to shape her strategic approach to project management, collaboration, and problem-solving.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing at Western Governors University, Alaya is further expanding her knowledge in strategic planning, brand development, and customer-focused solutions. She leverages her skills in cross-functional collaboration, logistics, and marketing to streamline initiatives, optimize processes, and strengthen community engagement. Committed to making a meaningful difference, Alaya combines her professional expertise with her passion for mentorship and leadership to create programs that leave a lasting positive impact.
