Alecia Figieroa

She is a senior Human Resources leader with extensive experience in HR strategy, operations, payroll, employee relations, workforce planning, and regulatory compliance. She has progressed from HR Manager to HR Director, Director of HR/Payroll, Deputy Director, and Interim HR Director, while also providing independent HR consulting services. Her experience includes leading HR functions across multi-site and high-volume workforces, implementing HRIS and payroll improvements, managing benefits and workers’ compensation programs, and advising executives on complex employee and labor matters. She holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management and a SHRM certification, with particular expertise in California employment law, HR modernization, and organizational effectiveness.
