01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell her, just do it. Just whatever people tell you to do, just go ahead and give it a try. Some of the most rewarding experiences in my life have been by facing my own fears and just trying something out. ... just always be willing to try things, and always keep an open mind. So, don't think that just because you're a girl, you have less capability of doing things, or because it's a male-dominant industry, doesn't mean you can set yourself apart from the crowd.
