Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering my industry to maintain a positive mindset and ensure that their documented accomplishments clearly align with the roles they are pursuing. It’s important to anticipate the responsibilities of each position, retain confidence in your abilities, and avoid self-limiting beliefs. Above all, I encourage continuous learning and growth, as staying curious and adaptable is key to long-term success.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that matter most to me in both my work and personal life are perseverance, purpose, and giving back. I truly believe in teaching my children that everything is possible. I want them to feel proud of their mom — someone who works full-time, studies full-time, and is still a full-time mom.

I believe dreams exist for a reason: we are meant to work toward making them real. Hard work, helping others, and never forgetting where you come from are principles I try to live by every day. Those values guide how I grow, how I support others, and how I raise my children.
