She is a public sector and equity-focused program leader with experience in policy implementation, program evaluation, community engagement, and organizational strategy. She currently serves as Equity Impact Manager for the County of San Diego, following earlier county roles in executive administration and management. Her background also includes graduate well-being programming, policy research, nonprofit evaluation, and community outreach, with strong experience in data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and bilingual communication.
