About Alejandra
Alejandra Duffoo serves as a Sales Account Manager at Earthstone Colors in Houston, Texas. Since starting in this role in May 2018, she has focused on interior design selections, particularly countertop and flooring materials, for home remodels, new builds, and commercial projects. She works closely with designers, architects, and builders to guide clients through material choices that fulfill their vision for their spaces. Originally from Peru, Alejandra's first language is Spanish, and she has studied English, Italian, and French. Her prior training in opera singing complements her professional approach, which emphasizes serving clients with genuine care to help them achieve their dream homes or projects. She is also involved in her Catholic church, participating in charities and religious education.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The most important thing is to love to serve people. Really care about what your client is looking for and make sure they achieve their dream home or project. Don't do it just for money but to serve.
