I attribute my success to my drive and my dedication to my children. They have been my greatest motivation, inspiring me to better myself and set an example they can look up to. Growing up with a teenage mother who persevered, I learned the value of resilience and determination. My children motivated me to pursue my goals and achieve the success I have today.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My best advice for young women entering this industry is to never feel stuck. It’s natural to feel frustrated, disappointed, or even angry at the challenges and setbacks that come your way, but it’s important to acknowledge those feelings and then keep moving forward. Stay persistent, work hard, and remain committed to your goals your efforts will pay off in the end.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are love, compassion, and the desire to make a meaningful impact. My family, especially my grandchild, inspires me every day to create a life filled with comfort, happiness, and purpose. Professionally, I focus on recognizing potential in people rather than just experience, because giving others a chance to grow and prove themselves often leads to the greatest success. Helping others succeed and supporting those who may be overlooked is central to how I approach both my work and life.
